You will learn holistic concepts of treatment methodology as well as recommendations on nutrition, medicinal plants and rituals for women's health in all phases of life and development: From puberty to pregnancy to menopause.

Additional focus is on mental health and stress-related ailments. Women, who can be particularly affected by the balancing act between work and family, can find a balance in a natural and effective way with Ayurveda.
